Your tasks
The SAP Supply Chain BPO will support BU Americas Supply Chain initiatives in the following areas; demand planning, supply planning, sales order allocation, warehouse management, procurement, inventory management, and SCM Parameter Accuracy. Collaborate with SCM team to identify, document and train SCM (Supply Chain Management) personnel on best in classes processes. Collaborate with in-house SAP IT consultant team as required in support of SCM team. Be a source of knowledge to support users day to day issues/questions, as required.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science or related field, preferred
- Knowledge of SAP SCM modules with emphasis on demand planning, supplier network planning and PP/DS modules is desirable
- Experience in day to day customer support and continuous improvement of existing process as well as ongoing user training
- Experience in business process analysis, design and implementation of business solution in MM, PP and WM areas
- 5+ years SAP functional working experience, in a Supply Chain Management, manufacturing and/or international operations
- Ability to drive step change performance in supply chain processes
- Solid logical, analytical and communication skills
- Experience in day to day customer support and continuous improvement of existing process as well as ongoing user training
- Basic understanding of ABAP programming with debugging skills and good working knowledge with user exits
- Solid experience in managing complex projects
- Reliable, organized, flexible
- Able to plan time and meet tight deadlines
