Seeking a qualified individual with experience supporting program and activities of a diverse customer set at National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and/or other Government customers. Responsible for providing project management subject matter expertise to NASA's Spacecraft Fire Safety (SFS) project. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with all levels of management. Position is part-time with the option to be fully remote within the United States.

The Executive Director of Security Operations is responsible for leading global security monitoring and incident response programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and developing cybersecurity strategies. This role includes managing teams for incident response, threat intelligence, and digital forensics, while optimizing security processes and engaging with executive leadership on major initiatives.

The Technical Consultant will help customers maximize their use of the Crunchtime platform by implementing and supporting system integrations. Responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with internal departments, providing training, and maintaining assets for technical service delivery.
