The Photonics Support Engineer I provides technical support to customers, assists with product solutions, and collaborates with engineers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, developing marketing materials, and participating in product development.

Develop, maintain, and test complex software systems for the USAF GBSD/Sentinel program. Implement algorithms, handle large data sets and real-time processing, contribute to system design tradeoffs, use MBSE (SysML/UML), and follow structured, safety-critical development and verification practices.

Design, build, and test HTS magnets; develop specifications and optimize designs with multiphysics simulation; create design tools and analysis software (Python); support manufacturing, tooling, vendor collaboration, and magnet testing; track program milestones and communicate with stakeholders.

Design end-to-end production machines: mechanisms, end effectors, fixtures, and tooling in Onshape. Prototype with 3D printing and machining, integrate motion, actuators, controls, and vision, then bring machines to production, measure cycle time and reliability, and iterate to improve performance and manufacturability.

Assist with scheduling, cost control, and quality audits in construction projects, while supporting project financials and employee training.

Support engineers by creating flow diagrams, detailed fabrication and assembly drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Produce component details, calculate dimensions/weights, compare cost-effective manufacturing options, create electronic BOMs, and release/revise drawings while assisting fabrication and installation teams to resolve design issues.

The Web Designer will develop and maintain web components, integrate systems, utilize AI tools, and optimize platform performance, focusing on clean, scalable code.

Provide engineering support for US Navy HM&E, electronics, and combat systems including system redesign, shipboard alterations, fleet in-service engineering, and ship checks. Willingness to travel up to 20%; must meet security and drug-screening requirements.

Build and ship iOS product features from idea to release using Swift and SwiftUI. Own user-facing experiences (discovery, purchase, opening, collection, wallet, redemption). Collaborate with founders, design, and backend. Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, test thoroughly, and maintain high quality.
