As a Deployment Strategist, you'll analyze customer data needs, integrate datasets, build workflows, and train users to enhance their decision-making capabilities using Palantir's software offerings.

Supports Consumer IT through reporting, data analysis, validation, quality assurance, platform administration, automation, and light technical development. Creates and maintains reports, reconciles datasets, investigates discrepancies, administers Tableau and Azure DevOps, tests technology enhancements, documents business rules, and assists with AI-enabled reporting and emerging technology initiatives. This onsite early-career role operates under managerial guidance and provides rotational exposure to business analysis, analytics, software development, QA, and product management.

The BI Analyst partners with business and technology stakeholders to frame analytical questions, define KPIs, validate data, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations. The role develops dashboards, reports, visualizations, and custom extracts; investigates data quality issues; supports BI solution planning, testing, and delivery; and improves existing analytical products. It also includes stakeholder communication, user training, standards development, and guidance for team members.

Maintains and verifies client and matter data across business intake and conflicts systems. Processes engagement, waiver, closure, and name-change requests; links parties; maintains ethical walls, database alerts, and administrative files; performs data cleanup and reporting projects; supports technology testing; and communicates intake and risk-management procedures to attorneys, staff, and external parties.

This role requires entry-level talent in SQL and database technologies, providing training in MS SQL, BI tools, and data warehousing methodologies. Candidates will learn and eventually be placed in related positions after training.
