I really enjoy working at Supernova and love our team! We are a small team, but we are so effective and productive in many ways. It feels super good to ‘grow up’ with the company together – and to see how different it is day by day.

Working at Supernova never feels dull. There are always challenges to overcome. When that challenge gets solved, it’s a lot of fun to savor the satisfaction of achieving the goal by trying hard.

One of the many things I love about Supernova is the culture that I am surrounded by daily. The fun and collaborative atmosphere has made us all more like friends, as opposed to just co-workers.

Our vibe is really fun and energetic! It is an open spaced loft in River North. Nobody has an office and even the CEO and CTO sit in rows of desks with all of the other employees. People are always working together. We have a fridge and pantry stocked with snacks, a pool table and casual dress.

My role leverages my analytical skills but also challenges me to think strategically to support the company's growth and financial health. The support for professional development and the emphasis on making informed, data-driven decisions are particularly valuable in our fast-paced, dynamic environment.

I am challenged to innovate and refine our offerings, ensuring they not only keep pace with, but also drive industry standards. It's exhilarating to lead initiatives that significantly advance the accessibility and efficiency of financial services.

I find my role to be pivotal in bridging the gap between our fintech solutions and the real-world needs they address. This position allows me to play a key role in shaping solutions that are not only innovative but also directly impactful in making processes more efficient.

I work closely with both the engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure our solutions not only meet technical specifications but also drive substantial business value. As a Senior Sales & Marketing Associate, I’m challenged to develop creative, compelling campaigns and strategies that help our sales team achieve their goals. I love that I can see the direct impact of my efforts at Supernova and continue to learn new things daily.
