Leads multiple engineering teams developing global consumer products and highly available, real-time cloud services. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, technical architecture and code reviews, translating product goals into technical plans, improving service reliability and scalability, establishing engineering standards, managing incident response, coordinating client and backend releases, and evaluating responsible AI use. Partners with Product, Design, Data, and Security leaders to deliver customer experiences and organizational outcomes.
