The role involves hands-on work in HubSpot and Clay, collaboration with Sales, RevOps, Product Analytics, and continuous testing to improve segmentation, automation, lead routing, engagement, and scalable growth.

Designs, implements, secures, and supports hybrid enterprise networks across Azure, AWS, on-premises data centers, offices, and remote locations. Responsibilities include cloud connectivity, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, monitoring, troubleshooting, Zero Trust controls, high availability, disaster recovery, and Infrastructure as Code automation. The engineer leads migration and modernization initiatives, coordinates with vendors, supports office deployments, documents network environments, participates in on-call support, and mentors junior staff.

Provide chat, email, and phone support for healthcare software users, including inquiry triage, issue prioritization, escalation, case follow-up, and resolution. Manages a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across onboarding, policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, claims inquiries, and account adjustments. Builds client relationships, answers coverage questions, recommends coverage changes, supports retention, and identifies cross-selling opportunities. Coordinates with carriers, underwriters, sales, and internal teams to resolve issues. Maintains accurate CRM and agency management records while following licensing, compliance, and policy servicing requirements.

Define and own the game's visual style end-to-end: create art samples, moodboards, key art, and in-style assets. Produce illustrations and concept art, mentor junior artists, collaborate with the team and community, and work with generative AI tools as an augmenting technology. Contract-to-hire starting with paid trial projects.

Own full sales cycle for assigned mid-market mortgage-lender accounts in a largely greenfield territory. Prospect, demo, negotiate, and close SaaS deals; maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and use sales tools to drive pipeline. Share market feedback and apply AI tools to improve productivity and outcomes.

Own revenue growth across new and existing healthcare provider and payer accounts. Manage the full sales lifecycle from discovery through close, while driving expansions, renewals, forecasting, and account health. Lead consultative, value-based sales conversations with healthcare executives, develop KPI-driven proposals, maintain CRM accuracy, and coordinate with Marketing, Sales Development, Deployment, Customer Success, and Product to ensure successful customer outcomes.
