Lead and own the company's global disputes portfolio end-to-end, handling commercial, employment, IP, regulatory inquiries, internal investigations, and third-party legal processes. Advise business leaders and the Board, manage outside counsel and litigation budgets, develop playbooks and discovery/legal-hold practices, and partner cross-functionally to mitigate and resolve disputes.

Lead strategy, negotiation and execution of high-value enterprise commercial transactions (SaaS, self-managed, channel, AI-related). Serve as senior legal partner to sales and executives, manage and mentor Americas commercial attorneys, improve templates/playbooks and processes, advise on privacy, info security and go-to-market initiatives, and leverage AI-enabled legal tech to scale contracting.

Engage qualified lawyers or law firms in Samoa and Mexico to prepare a corporate due-diligence legal opinion (Chinese preferred, English acceptable). The opinion must cover corporate particulars, shareholding structure, historical changes, investments/assets/personnel, business compliance, taxation, litigation/penalties, and any other material matters. Provide proposal, estimated timeline, and list of documents required.

Engage a licensed lawyer or law firm to produce a jurisdiction-specific legal opinion covering incorporation and good standing, shareholding history, board composition, business compliance, assets/title issues, tax registration/status (including Hong Kong profits tax exposure), litigation/arbitration history (company and principals), and employment/labour compliance. Deliverable: signed English PDF on firm letterhead with supporting appendices. Provide credentials, conflicts check, task breakdown, timeline (1–2 weeks) and fee proposal; list client documents required for the opinion.

Partner with in-house legal teams to design and implement tailored LexisNexis AI and workflow solutions, lead demos and training, drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, gather client feedback for product and development teams, and support clients in the field (50% travel).

Review and evaluate two AI-generated legal responses for accuracy and client-readiness, provide written feedback to improve model behavior, and join onboarding and calibration sessions. Role is part-time (6–15 hours/week) and requires employment/labor law expertise, strong legal research and writing, and a U.S. law degree and license.
