Lead Net at Work's internal IT organization, ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and performance across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity. Oversee application rollouts, SDLC practices, operations, vendor relationships, budgeting, and acquisition due diligence. Partner with executives and business leaders to align technology roadmaps, governance, and service delivery while building a service-oriented, high-performing IT team.

Lead and manage mid-to-low risk IT projects affecting multiple departments. Develop and maintain project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, risk and issue logs. Coordinate resources, vendors, and stakeholders; ensure communication, change control, transitions to support, and project delivery within PMO standards.

Provide on-site IT and AV support at the London office, manage device lifecycle and onboarding, handle inbound support requests, build automation and Slack bots, contribute to Tech Ops projects, and maintain internal IT documentation.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations using Oracle SOA Suite and integration tools. Build and consume SOAP/REST services, implement EDI and file-based integrations, write SQL/PLSQL for data support, troubleshoot production issues, produce technical documentation, and collaborate in an Agile team to deliver reliable integration solutions meeting SLAs.

Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS R12 across AR, AP, GL, Projects, Costing, Fusion Tax, and O2C/P2P. Translate business requirements into functional specs, troubleshoot incidents within SLAs, write and tune SQL, manage integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP, EDI), maintain reports (OTBI/BI Publisher), support updates/patching, and produce documentation and training materials.

The Communications and IT Specialist will maintain and troubleshoot IT systems, provide technical assistance, and perform preventive maintenance checks on equipment.
