Provide comprehensive benefits and payroll support: administer health, retirement, leave and compliance (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA); assist onboarding, enrollments, audits, reconciliations, reporting; process semi-monthly and off-cycle payroll; resolve payroll and benefits inquiries; maintain records and support projects.

Process semi-monthly multi-state payroll in Paychex, maintain payroll systems and tax registrations, administer garnishments and leave payouts, reconcile payroll for month-end close, ensure compliance with federal and state laws (notably California), support integrations/automation across payroll/timekeeping systems, and serve as payroll point of contact for HR, finance, and employees.
