Process accurate payroll for multiple hotel properties using Workday and timekeeping systems; maintain payroll records, prepare reports, ensure compliance with federal/state laws, resolve employee payroll inquiries, support tax and year-end processes, collaborate with HR/People and Finance, and participate in process improvements.

Lead and grow a regional payroll sales division: recruit, coach, and manage Payroll Territory Managers and Senior Product Advisors to meet monthly production and margin goals. Drive market penetration through targeted campaigns, maintain CRM records (Atlas), build partnerships, deliver training (DMAP), and spend a minimum of 50% time in the field supporting sales activities.
