Lead and manage design, preconstruction, and construction of data center campus projects. Maintain budgets, schedules, permitting, procurement, and stakeholder communication. Oversee scopes, contractor pay applications, change orders, commissioning, MEP coordination, and executive program reporting. Support due diligence, master planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Maintain documentation, assist with disaster recovery, recommend upgrades, and produce reports for management.

Manage initial implementation and onboarding of new customer accounts focused on AI agents. Coordinate integrations, configure AI agents, conduct full-team trainings, monitor adoption and health, resolve issues, manage escalations during first 30 days, and hand off to CSMs. Build and refine internal onboarding processes.

The Enhanced Scheduler manages patient registrations, schedules appointments, and verifies insurance details while enhancing the patient and provider experience through effective communication.

Provide network engineering and support for datacenter and enterprise environments, including network design, architecture, virtualization, LAN/MAN/CAN infrastructure, packet capture, routing/switching, stateful firewalls, L3/L4 access controls, Cisco device installation/configuration, and ticketing system operations.
