Drive STEM higher-education product adoption across a multi-state territory by developing sales strategies, delivering presentations, supporting VIP adopters with LMS integration and training, mentoring reps, coordinating with regional managers, attending conferences, and contributing market and product feedback to editorial and marketing teams.

Lead onboarding, mapping, and validation for a Customer Data Hub: write user stories and acceptance criteria, define mastering/transformation logic, perform data lineage and reconciliation, validate integrations and outcomes, support production incidents, create runbooks and documentation, and partner with product, engineering, QA, and governance teams to enable reliable customer data for applications and analytics.

Define project scope, initiate projects, drive progress, ensure timely completion while enforcing safety mandates, and document procedures and processes for proper project execution.

Provide mid-level rating and marketing support for commercial lines: quote and bind new business and endorsements, communicate with carriers, research marketing solutions, rate and remarket accounts, improve processes, support sales growth, monitor performance, and back up teammates while participating in ongoing professional development.

Manage inbound leads and pre-qualify prospects, support Territory and Regional Sales Managers, develop quotes and product drawings, maintain customer relationships, deliver product presentations, attend local tradeshows, and coordinate with branch operations to ensure customer satisfaction and new account development.
