Lead U.S. expansion by building and scaling distributor and dealer networks, establishing architectural specification channels, creating a regional sales organization, optimizing sales processes and KPIs, driving product specification across sectors, validating market and pricing strategies, and coordinating with Product, R&D and Operations to position the brand in the accessible premium segment.

Lead and execute tax credit and clean energy finance transactions, overseeing negotiations, due diligence, and client relationships. Develop playbooks and compliance software features, represent the firm publicly, and collaborate on new financial products to scale clean energy investment.

Lead enterprise sales into tier‑1 medical device and MedTech accounts; own full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Partner with Product and Clinical teams to design AI/SaaS solutions, build ROI/business cases, manage pipeline and forecasting, and represent the company at industry events. Travel 20–40% U.S.
