Serve as the technical bridge between GenLogs' data platform and customers: discover high-value use cases, communicate capabilities, build rapid prototypes/POCs (SQL, Snowflake, Python/Streamlit), translate requirements, and guide engineering/data teams to production while traveling to customers ~1-2 times/month.

Own end-to-end product design for Built’s platform: conduct user research, create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, collaborate with PMs and engineers, maintain the design system, and mentor junior designers while using data and AI to inform decisions.

Build full-stack features for enterprise-scale voice and chat AI: integrate ASR/TTS and conversational LLMs, optimize production systems for latency and cost, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with product and ML teams to ship high-impact, scalable solutions.

Embed as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers to guide deployment architecture, onboarding, and adoption of agentic AI development workflows. Lead end-to-end onboarding and remediation engagements, design repeatable reference architectures, translate complex environments into secure network/identity/infrastructure patterns, capture product feedback, and document scalable delivery patterns to drive customer outcomes.

Manage client onboarding, deliver demos and migrations, provide high-level support and troubleshooting, track feature requests and CRM data, build relationships to drive upsell/cross-sell, prevent churn, and coordinate with sales, support, and leadership.

Partner with Marketing to connect investments to outcomes, build financial models and forecasts, own month-end close and variance analysis, present insights to senior stakeholders, and create strategic frameworks to guide marketing investment and alignment.

Lead and rebuild Fuel Cycle’s enterprise sales engine: define GTM strategy, generate new-logo pipeline, coach a growing sales team in insight-led selling, drive enterprise deal execution with C-suite stakeholders, deliver accurate forecasting, and partner cross-functionally to maximize revenue and retention. Responsible for quota attainment, board reporting, and establishing scalable sales processes.

Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for enterprise provider accounts in Missouri, driving implementations, platform configuration, end-user training, basic hardware troubleshooting, and adoption. Manage relationships across stakeholder levels, support go-lives, gather product feedback, and coordinate with Tech Support and Product teams. Travel within Missouri up to 50% and track KPIs like adoption, NPS, CSAT, and customer health.

Serve as embedded BI lead for a divisional sales book, delivering actionable insights from syndicated and commercial data, leading opportunity analysis, training field teams, supporting Power BI reporting, and translating complex data into executive presentations to drive sales performance and planning.

Answer inbound guest calls Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, warmly gather basic trip details, transfer callers to booking specialists or schedule same/next-day calls, return after-hours calls each morning, and maintain a monthly missed-call rate below 12%.
