Drive adoption, renewals, expansion, and NRR/GRR; coordinate between customers, SI partners, and internal teams; run governance, track support/defects, conduct lessons learned, produce success plans, mentor junior CSMs, and provide product feedback to engineering. Ensure customers adopt upgrades and realize value.

Drive net-new enterprise revenue across North America by prospecting, managing full sales cycles, engaging technical and executive stakeholders, coordinating POCs with Sales Engineering, and closing complex deals while maintaining pipeline, forecasts, and CRM hygiene.

Partner with sales to demo Alkira's SaaS networking platform, lead POCs, design and troubleshoot large-scale enterprise and hybrid/multi-cloud networks, and translate customer requirements into product feedback and deployment best practices.
