The Manager of Deployments at Center will lead and scale deployment processes and manage a team focused on optimizing customer experience and maximizing product adoption. This role includes managing daily operations, enhancing processes, and fostering a teamwork environment to meet customer expectations while collaborating with the Customer Experience Leadership team.

As an Implementation Manager, responsible for the initial success and deployment of prospects and newest customers. Building relationships, understanding customer needs, and configuring optimal setup for maximum value. Collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the customer journey. Balancing relationship management with business and technical acumen.
