Lead global Major Incident Management: own process, manage teams and vendors, restore services rapidly, drive communications and reporting, implement AI/AIOps and automation to reduce cycle times, identify continual improvement, and partner with Service Management and business stakeholders.

Serve as liaison between Digital Ad Sales business users and engineering/operations teams to support and configure video ad serving systems. Own ticket queue tasks, troubleshoot ad tech issues, analyze logs, manage defects, coordinate with vendors, and execute system configurations (break patterns, inventory, targeting, programmatic serving) to meet SLAs and improve platform efficiency.

Serve as liaison between Digital Ad Sales and technology teams to support video ad serving systems. Triage and resolve tickets, troubleshoot integrations, configure systems (inventory, targeting, DAI), manage defects with vendors/engineering, and drive process improvements while meeting SLAs.
