The Senior Director, Strategic Growth will build and execute a data-driven strategy to capture opportunities, develop relationships with stakeholders, and lead large capture campaigns, ensuring Anduril meets its strategic growth targets in the defense sector.

As the Head of Production at Anduril Industries, you will oversee all production operations, driving outcomes for product development from prototype to full-rate production while ensuring quality and efficiency. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and implement strategic initiatives to achieve operational goals and KPIs, partnering closely with engineering and program management.

The Operations Program Manager will oversee project planning and risks in the Production team, manage manufacturing operations and financial analysis, provide contract management support, engage with stakeholders, develop KPIs, and facilitate new product introductions while coordinating with various departments.

The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate office projects including space planning, manage vendor relationships, handle ticketing and purchase orders, and support new hire onboarding and internal events.
