Handle high-volume inbound calls from real estate agents and brokers, resolve product, billing, and technical inquiries, update Salesforce records, meet productivity and quality targets, and collaborate with teammates to improve processes. Must provide empathetic, accurate support and adhere to attendance and training requirements.

Support payment operations and risk workflows including day-to-day payment processing, KYC and identity verification, NACHA file preparation and bank reconciliation, fraud detection and dispute support, customer outreach for verification, sanctions screening and compliance workflows, invoice/refund investigations, and partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues and improve controls.

Provide high-volume inbound phone support to real estate professionals: troubleshoot product/software issues, handle billing and general inquiries, update Salesforce records, meet productivity and quality metrics, and work collaboratively in a hybrid office environment.
