The Senior Executive Assistant will support the CLO by managing calendars, coordinating travel, processing legal documents, and ensuring effective communication across various stakeholders.

Support MongoDB's global Sales organization by owning sales operational processes, data governance, analytics, and medium-scale projects. Drive root-cause analysis, build SQL-based automations, create BI reports/dashboards, coordinate stakeholders, and implement process improvements to increase sales productivity.

Provide expert, customer-facing technical support for MongoDB and its ecosystem (Atlas, Cloud Manager). Diagnose and resolve architecture, performance, recovery, security, and scalability issues; collaborate with product and engineering teams; build internal diagnostic and benchmarking tools.

Provide single-threaded, white-glove IT and AV support for C-suite executives on the US West Coast. Own end-to-end onboarding, proactive device health, live-event AV, travel readiness, PagerDuty on-call, and confidential incident response. Build runbooks, automate diagnostics, train EAs, and maintain KPIs for MTTR/FTTR/CSAT while collaborating with AV Engineering, InfoSec, and workplace teams.

The role involves leading strategic initiatives, partnering with teams, conducting analyses, and communicating insights to improve operational processes at MongoDB.

This role oversees finance operations, drives process improvements, and develops a high-performing team within a Centre of Excellence at MongoDB.

Design, create, and maintain internal technical training modules and hands-on workshops for Technical Services. Identify training needs, build curriculum and policies, engage subject-matter experts, measure training effectiveness with KPIs, and improve content tooling and delivery across a globally distributed team.

Own end-to-end logistics and production for in-person and virtual enablement events. Serve as producer/emcee, operate delivery platforms, manage stakeholders and vendors, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement of training experiences.

Manage high-impact technical escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams to drive resolution, lead incident calls and executive communications, perform root-cause analysis, track trends, and lead improvement projects to prevent repeat issues and improve escalation response.
