Leads a regional team of MongoDB Support Engineers within a global 24x7 technical services organization. Lead and develop a regional team of MongoDB Support Engineers in a 24x7 follow-the-sun model. Build AI-native support capabilities, manage customer escalations, improve troubleshooting processes and tooling, collaborate with sales and engineering, recruit and coach employees, and drive customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence across the region.

Lead Americas corporate travel program strategy and operations, managing vendors, costs, compliance, traveler experience, and regional policy localization. Partner with Finance, HR, Procurement, Security, and stakeholders to drive savings, supplier adoption, risk management, and program governance.

Provide advanced technical support and architecture guidance for customers running MongoDB and related services (Atlas, Cloud Manager). Troubleshoot performance, recovery, security, and scalability issues, advocate customer needs to product teams, and contribute to internal tooling and diagnostics projects.

Manage and enhance Salesforce CRM for MongoDB Sales: administer and configure platform, build declarative solutions (Flows, Lightning, Validation Rules), support CI/CD and DevOps deployments, maintain security and access governance, support audits, troubleshoot operational issues, and partner with stakeholders to improve processes and platform governance.

Provide L1 support and user administration for Finance applications (NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, Graphite, YayPay, Anaplan/Pigment). Triage and resolve tickets, manage access and onboarding/offboarding, perform low-complexity configuration, support month-end activities, maintain documentation and runbooks, coordinate escalations, enforce security and SoD controls, and support SOX/ITGC and audit activities.

Provide advanced technical support to large MongoDB customers, resolving architecture, performance, recovery, security, database, cloud, and infrastructure issues. Advise customers on best practices for operating MongoDB at scale, collaborate with product and development teams, and build internal support tools for diagnostics, benchmarking, and performance analysis. The role requires strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, teamwork, and the ability to learn quickly.

Provide expert technical support to enterprise customers by troubleshooting complex MongoDB, database, infrastructure, networking, storage, security, performance, recovery, and scalability issues. Analyze problems across application, database, and storage layers; advise on architecture and production operations; collaborate with product and development teams; contribute to diagnostic and performance tools; and mentor new engineers. This remote role follows a weekend shift after a six-to-nine-month weekday ramp period.

Provide high-level administrative support to two VPs in Field Operations: manage complex calendars, travel (including international), events, correspondence, action items, and cross-functional coordination while maintaining discretion and flexibility.

Coordinate and drive resolution of critical technical incidents by mobilizing cross-functional teams, communicating with customers and executives, leading RCA and post-mortems, tracking trends, and improving escalation processes.
