The Risk & Insurance Enablement Manager will design and implement AI-powered tools, automate workflows, and enable teams in the Risk & Insurance function to improve efficiency and scalability.

Provide senior-level technical support and endpoint operations across macOS and Windows, manage endpoint lifecycle, administer Jamf/Kandji and Intune, automate workflows using scripting and AI tools, improve DEX through monitoring, documentation, and cross-team collaboration, and own onboarding/offboarding processes.

Provide dedicated executive coordination for the Revenue leadership team: manage calendars, travel, meetings, events, and onboarding; prepare agendas/briefs and follow-up; partner cross-functionally; and use AI and automation to streamline workflows and improve operating processes.

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior technology executives: manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel and meetings, prepare and distribute materials, run divisional operating routines, support events and administrative staff, handle confidential communications, and complete ad hoc projects with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Manage a caseload of complex workers' compensation claims, supervise and coach a small claims team, handle escalations, coordinate with TPAs/carriers/counsel/providers, perform file audits, onboard and train staff, ensure multi-state WC compliance, and support reporting and process improvements.

The role involves managing partnerships with accounting and finance professionals, driving growth, building insights, and collaborating across teams for effective partner engagement and operational success.

Provide benefits-focused customer support for small business clients via phone, chat, and tickets. Own and resolve issues across medical, dental, vision, retirement, HSA/FSA, leave and commuter benefits, ensuring compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and Section 125. Triage queues, collaborate cross-functionally for product/process improvements, and serve as a benefits subject-matter expert.

Lead and coach a small workers' compensation claims team while managing a caseload of complex, litigated, and high-severity claims from first notice through closure. Serve as primary escalation for difficult claims, review reserves and settlements, audit files, coordinate with TPAs/carriers/counsel/medical providers, onboard/train staff, ensure multi-state WC compliance, and support reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Support workers' compensation operations by responding to customer inquiries, issuing certificates, coordinating with carriers and internal teams, underwriting new locations and class codes, preparing renewals and audits, performing data entry and QA, and maintaining documentation and compliance.

Serve as the onsite Phoenix IT lead providing white-glove support to executives and employees across macOS/Windows/mobile. Own onboarding, asset lifecycle, local network monitoring and troubleshooting, Zoom/Teams Rooms and AV readiness, vendor liaison, documentation, mentorship, and site-level project execution in partnership with global IT, Network, and Workplace teams.
