They will also manage the due diligence pipeline and create marketing materials for clients.
The Assistant Vice President, APAC Legal Counsel will represent private funds for APAC sponsors, handling regulatory issues, fund formation, and contractual relationships. Duties include negotiating agreements, drafting legal documentation, and coordinating with outside counsel on various legal matters.
