Serve as the Operational Organization's primary liaison to Incident Management: triage and prioritize incidents, communicate real-time impact to stakeholders, contribute clearing and custody domain expertise to postmortems, drive corrective actions, document SOPs and workarounds, build knowledge-base articles, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational remediation and process improvements.

Support custody and clearing operations focused on mutual funds: process purchases/redemptions/exchanges/transfers, reconcile accounts daily, handle customer inquiries, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare reports, coordinate with fund companies and internal teams, and provide supervisory oversight and training.

Manage preparation, review, and supervisory oversight of regulatory and non-regulatory investor communications. Process client requests, ensure branding and compliance, reconcile documentation, support onboarding, handle client inquiries per SLAs, escalate issues, and identify process improvements to maintain regulatory adherence.

Process and remediate account transfers (ACATS, Non-ACATS, direct), ensure compliance and supervisory oversight, handle client inquiries, detect/prevent fraud, support reporting and projects, and train/assist staff to optimize brokerage operations.

Support accurate, timely processing of corporate action events (dividends, mergers, splits, tender offers). Distribute notifications, reconcile positions, collect client elections, calculate entitlements, resolve discrepancies, maintain reports, and adhere to compliance and control procedures while escalating issues to senior staff.

Manage full lifecycle retirement account operations including contributions, conversions, rollovers, RMDs and distributions. Support year-end tax reporting and IRS filing (Form 1099-R, 5498) via FIRE/IRIS, maintain compliance with IRC/ERISA/FINRA/SEC, handle customer inquiries, update beneficiary and account maintenance, and participate in process-improvement initiatives to reduce risk and increase efficiency.

Process domestic and international wires, ACH, check disbursements, and journal entries; review LOAs; handle exceptions with AML/Legal/Risk; follow SOPs and daily controls; respond to client and internal inquiries within SLAs.

Investigate and document system behavior, write specifications and test plans, execute functional tests, analyze data and integrations (APIs), triage UAT/production issues, and support implementations and internal training within an Agile fintech environment.
