Provides entry-level support in a 24x7 mainframe infrastructure environment. Monitors and executes batch jobs, file transfers, IPLs, system checks, and routine maintenance across platforms. Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, and application issues; manages incidents in Remedy and ServiceNow; documents activities; supports recovery calls; and escalates issues while collaborating with infrastructure, application, and business teams to maintain service availability.

The role requires strong organization, time management, communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and attention to detail while contributing to departmental and school objectives.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes for aerospace and defense programs. Responsibilities include continuous improvement, statistical process analysis, Lean/Six Sigma implementation, manufacturing documentation, routings, sketches, process validation, nonconforming product disposition, corrective actions, and cross-functional project coordination. The role requires hands-on shop-floor problem solving and collaboration with production, quality, sales, engineering, and leadership teams.

Sell vehicles by greeting customers, understanding their needs, conducting test drives, providing product guidance, negotiating pricing and terms, completing paperwork, and following up after sales. The dealership provides training, so automotive sales experience is not required.
