Provides technical and operational support for the Student Financial Planning office. Maintains and upgrades financial aid systems, develops queries and reports, tests software updates, manages data integrations, processes and reconciles financial aid awards, resolves federal and state aid errors, supports regulatory compliance, certifies loans and grants, and maintains the department website. Serves as a liaison with IT, Admissions, Student Accounts, Business, and Accounting departments.

The role requires basic computer and math skills, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Magistrates evaluate criminal charge requests, issue criminal process and search warrants, conduct initial appearances and bond hearings, preside over small claims hearings, and perform marriage ceremonies. The role requires sound judgment, effective communication, general office and computer skills, knowledge of North Carolina court procedures, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Residence in Guilford County or a contiguous county is mandatory.
