Lead design and development of Rockwell PLC automation architectures and PLC code for regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing. Collaborate with process, CQV, MES, and digital teams to ensure compliant, scalable automation, support testing/commissioning/qualification, integrate PLCs with enterprise systems, produce technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Serve as primary commercial contact for hyperscale clients, managing relationships across the client lifecycle. Lead technical strategy and architecture for CSP opportunities, run discovery workshops, design OcientAIQ hybrid data solutions, integrate with cloud data/AI ecosystems, orchestrate partner engagements, drive proofs-of-value and production readiness, and influence product and delivery teams for repeatable customer outcomes.

Coordinate and implement an enterprise insider risk program: design policies, workflows and UEBA/insider-risk technology, manage detection and investigations, report KPIs, liaise with cybersecurity, HR, legal and compliance, and ensure EU Works Council and regulatory compliance.

Lead commercial expansion into German-speaking markets: identify and close B2B/B2B2C partnerships, manage long sales cycles, negotiate contracts, onboard and own accounts, run QBRs, drive growth, and relay partner feedback to product and marketing.

Lead optimization of concurrent systems, scale backend microservices, and collaborate with developers and engineers on deployment for retail solutions.
