Build and lead Rebel Athletic’s new Crystal Division by selling SuperNova and Venus crystals to distributors, fashion houses, dance studios, and other North American buyers. Responsibilities include developing distributor relationships, generating new business through outreach and visits, managing influencer partnerships, overseeing brand presentation, and collaborating with marketing. Executes and manages trades across ETFs, mutual funds, fixed income, and other assets. Owns strategic customer accounts and serves as the primary interface for Applied Materials’ service business. Serve as primary contact for customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely freight movement, accurate records, billing support, and site assistance.

Support litigation teams by conducting case reviews, identifying and remediating compliance deficiencies, ensuring adherence to firm policies and reporting structures, and meeting deadlines to maintain regulatory and procedural compliance.

Provide data-entry and administrative support for client fee arrangements, rate setup changes, and non-standard arrangement records. Manage assignment of change requests, group inbox triage, and respond to time, billing, and disbursement rule inquiries while following established guidelines and working under direct supervision.

Provide front-desk and office operations support while assisting Account Managers with client servicing tasks including ordering MVRs, reviewing loss runs, processing change requests, issuing Auto ID cards and COIs, preparing IFTA worksheets, data entry in carrier portals, and ongoing insurance knowledge development.
