Own the strategy, development, and performance of FieldPulse’s core product. Conduct customer research, analyze product data, prioritize initiatives, write requirements, create mockups, and partner with engineering and design through launch. The role covers scheduling, estimating, job management, invoicing, and payments while supporting Sales and Customer Success with product expertise. This is a full-time, in-office position in Dallas, Texas.

Own product strategy, roadmap prioritization, customer journeys, and execution across HousingWire Data, Intelligence, and mobile products. Partner with executives, engineering, design, sales, marketing, editorial, customer success, and operations to deliver features, integrations, launches, and measurable improvements in conversion, adoption, retention, revenue, and customer value.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, backlog, governance, and performance outcomes for AI and API enablement platforms. Partners with engineering, security, risk, audit, compliance, and enterprise stakeholders to deliver secure, reusable capabilities. Drives platform modernization, automation, developer self-service, adoption, and continuous improvement through metrics and OKRs. Communicates roadmap progress and business value to leadership while supporting API management, cloud, AI integration, and enterprise shared-service initiatives.
