Provide Tier 1/2 internal technical support, administer user accounts and permissions, manage Shopify storefront and payment/shipping integrations, support business software integrations (Salesforce, DocuSign, Sage Intacct, ShipHero, Agilix Buzz), monitor integrations, assist schools with LMS onboarding, document workflows, coordinate vendor support, and participate in system improvement and project initiatives.

Handle inbound branch calls, assist customers with pickups/deliveries, log calls, schedule drivers and maintenance, process invoicing and purchase orders, complete fuel/inventory tasks, support outside sales and project execution, and provide timely customer service and operational support.
