Participate in a 16-week operations management trainee program to learn transportation and cross-dock operations, leadership, communication, and relationship-building. Complete guided study, interface with support/service centers, observe sales calls, and ride local delivery routes. Program culminates in relocation to a first leadership role in operations.

Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) legal intake, client communication, document translation, and filing support for unaccompanied childrenimmigration cases. Maintain case files and databases, coordinate referrals and court appearances, assist attorneys with affidavits and applications, conduct client visits, track deadlines, and support partnerships and monthly reporting.
