As a Business Travel Consultant at Navan, you will provide best-in-class travel support to users through various channels, maintain supplier knowledge, analyze customer needs, and ensure SLA compliance. Responsible for building and expanding detection capabilities, security event monitoring, and response workflows in enterprise SaaS environments. Develop measurement capabilities, automation tools, and playbooks to address new threats. Ensure compliance to operational objectives and support security initiatives as an SME.

Responsible for providing best-in-class travel support to users through multiple contact channels, maintaining supplier and system knowledge, analyzing customer needs, and ensuring accurate bookings. Must adhere to company procedures, provide feedback to stakeholders, and stay updated on industry changes. Requires 3+ years of TMC/BT Consultant Role experience, 2+ years of GDS experience, IATA accreditation, and strong customer service skills.
