As a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst, you'll manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, partnering with departments and providing insights to senior leadership.

Lead financial planning and forecasting for Commercial Onboarding and Servicing, partner with senior leadership, own monthly forecast and variance analysis, build driver-based models and business cases (including AI investments), manage and develop analysts, streamline reporting and automate manual processes, and present performance insights to stakeholders.

Manage and optimize treasury operations using SAP, providing support for cash management, financial transactions, and process enhancements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Manage internal controls over financial reporting, SOC 1 audit, month-end close, fair value analyses, and related audits. Lead a small team, coordinate with auditors and cross-functional partners, analyze variances, strengthen controls, maintain accounting policies, and support system implementations and automation initiatives.

Manage financial operations for Convergent and its FROs, overseeing monthly close, reconciliations, treasury, AR/AP, payroll, grant financial oversight and reporting, audit readiness including 990s, and improvements to systems, controls, and SOPs while translating finance to non-finance stakeholders.

Prepare monthly accounting entries, FX translation, reconciliations, consolidated financial statements and investor reports. Manage cashflow, payments, tax, audit, treasury, internal controls, product costing and KPIs. Lead finance team, coordinate with local firms, support strategic planning and cost-savings initiatives.

Partner with North American revenue teams to provide commercial finance support: review and approve deals, build financial models and business cases, deliver profitability and forecasting analysis, coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue Operations and Legal, and develop reporting tools to surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

Drive operating model, quarterly reforecasts, cash flow and budget-versus-actuals. Maintain driver-based models, strengthen SaaS metrics, support board reporting, partner with Accounting/RevOps/Data, and lead ad hoc strategic and scenario analysis to inform executive decisions.
