Design and deploy AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines; drive adoption and measure outcomes. Troubleshoot deployments, lead strategic reviews, influence product roadmaps with field intelligence, and partner with Sales on expansion. Maintain an onsite presence approximately three to four days per week.

Leads the organization’s people strategy and all core HR functions, including culture and engagement, employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, organizational development, performance management, workforce planning, and HR operations. Operates and monitors CBT lab computers, administers student assessments, prints completion cards, prevents cheating, assists instructors, prepares training rooms, troubleshoots basic IT issues, maintains supplies, and performs front-desk and closing duties. Requires dependable communication, professionalism, basic computer skills, English grammar knowledge, and occasional physical activity.

Manage manual valve opportunities for capital projects from inquiry through order fulfillment. Build relationships with end users, EPCs, contractors, and manufacturers; prepare quotations; review specs; coordinate bids; track pipeline and forecasting; support MRO valve needs; and coordinate with operations and procurement to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
