Sell rebuilt/reconditioned lorries to walk-in and online customers, create and post TikTok/Facebook content, engage leads, recommend suitable models, prepare quotations and sales agreements, negotiate pricing and trade-ins, coordinate vehicle prep and delivery, maintain customer relationships, and meet monthly and yearly sales targets.

Manage daily purchasing operations and supply chain planning for raw and packaging materials: source suppliers, negotiate prices, issue purchase orders, track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, handle invoices and documentation, and prepare monthly reports to support production.

Prepare and submit quotations for daily RFQs from local customers and overseas agents, source rates from shipping and logistics vendors, follow up on quotation status and conversion, and maintain pricing, quotation, and customer/agent communication records.

Plan, design, and manage civil construction projects. Coordinate with architects, owners, and field teams; perform site inspections, RFIs, submittals, bid analysis, permit processing, quality control, punch lists, and project closeout. Monitor budgets and provide technical support to supervisors to ensure compliance with codes and specifications.

Assess patients' physical conditions, create and implement individualized rehabilitation plans using manual therapy and therapeutic modalities, monitor progress, educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare team, maintain records, and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.

Identify and develop new market opportunities, acquire and maintain customer relationships, handle inquiries and follow-ups, meet monthly sales targets, provide sales reports, gather customer feedback, support marketing and business strategy, and assist management with ad-hoc projects and process/financial analysis.

Provide after-sales technical support for rebuild lorries: inspect, troubleshoot, coordinate repairs with workshop/mechanics, handle warranty claims, perform on-site evaluations, prepare service reports, and brief customers on vehicle usage and maintenance to ensure satisfaction and quality standards.

Lead and coordinate daily production activities, manage workforce allocation (including foreign workers), enforce quality and safety (ISO compliance, incident investigations), monitor KPIs and production metrics, implement continuous improvement (5S, lean), oversee equipment maintenance and inventory, and prepare reports for management.

Provide front-desk patient registration, appointment management, payments, and basic vital recordings. Assist doctors and procedures, prepare and restock rooms, maintain cleanliness, handle supplies and medical waste, and guide and comfort patients.
