Manage day-to-day accounting including accounts payable/receivable, month-end and year-end closes, journal entries, and reconciliations. Maintain and improve internal controls, use Autocount and related accounting tools, collaborate with departments to provide financial insights, and support process improvements.

Provide front-desk patient registration, appointment management, payments, and basic vital recordings. Assist doctors and procedures, prepare and restock rooms, maintain cleanliness, handle supplies and medical waste, and guide and comfort patients.

Provide administrative and operational support including data entry, filing, document and calendar management, stakeholder liaison, implementing procedures, identifying process improvements, and undertaking ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth office operations.

Provide after-sales technical support for rebuild lorries: inspect, troubleshoot, coordinate repairs with workshop/mechanics, handle warranty claims, perform on-site evaluations, prepare service reports, and brief customers on vehicle usage and maintenance to ensure satisfaction and quality standards.

Identify and develop new customers for freight forwarding (air, sea, land). Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, maintain client relationships, coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery, track shipments, and report sales pipeline and performance.
