Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities, monitor progress, quality, safety and compliance, liaise with contractors/subcontractors and suppliers, assist planning and schedules, identify and resolve site issues, prepare progress reports, and support communication between site teams and stakeholders.

Provide administrative support: maintain and update employee/customer/supplier records, assist with regular reports, stay current on product knowledge, analyze areas for growth, and perform tasks assigned by supervisors.

Provide administrative and operational support including data entry, filing, document and calendar management, stakeholder liaison, implementing procedures, identifying process improvements, and undertaking ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth office operations.
