Provide front-desk patient registration, appointment management, payments, and basic vital recordings. Assist doctors and procedures, prepare and restock rooms, maintain cleanliness, handle supplies and medical waste, and guide and comfort patients.

Working Hours
Rotation Shift
5 Working days, 2 Off-days per week:

  • 2 Full-day shift (09.00 am - 10.30 pm)

  • 3 Normal shift (09.00 am - 05.00 pm / 02.30 pm - 10.30 pm)

Location
Positions available in: Pudu and Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur

Monthly Salary Range
RM1,800 - RM2,200 dependent on experience

Responsibilities

Front Desk

  • Register patients and manage appointments

  • Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries

  • Collect payments and update patient records

Assist Doctor

  • Prepare consultation/treatment room

  • Help during procedures (if needed)

  • Record basic patient info (e.g., blood pressure)

Patient Care

  • Guide patients through their visit

  • Explain medication or follow-up steps

  • Comfort and assist elderly or anxious patients

Daily Operations

  • Open and close the clinic

  • Clean and restock consultation rooms

  • Handle clinic supplies and inventory

Cleanliness & Safety

  • Sanitize tools and equipment

  • Dispose of medical waste properly

  • Keep clinic tidy and organized
