The Senior Electrical Engineer will design, prototype, and test automation systems, support production, and troubleshoot electrical designs. A focus on lifecycle from ideation to production is essential, along with expertise in various electrical systems, PCB design, and compliance standards.

Administer and configure AVEVA E3D and CATS & SPECS systems, manage project templates, roles, permissions, and maintain catalogs/specs for multiple disciplines. Ensure system stability, optimize catalogs/UDAs/property tables, troubleshoot integrations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a cloud-based environment.

Travel 10–20%.

Lead assembly, integration, and testing of RF subsystems for spacecraft. Develop test plans, execute RF performance and environmental tests (thermal vacuum, vibration, EMI/EMC), troubleshoot hardware, analyze and report results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize RF system performance and ensure flight readiness.

Serve as primary quality liaison to contract manufacturers, leading factory and product audits, RMA/warranty analysis, supplier performance, compliance (UL), BOM/PLM reviews, and continuous process improvements to ensure production meets specifications and supply continuity.

Design custom integrations, data flows, and workflows for complex customers; scope feasibility in pre-sales; create reusable integration patterns; partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap; guide execution and document best practices.

Own the operational lifecycle of cloud-native data infrastructure: design and automate reliable deployments, observability, incident response, SLIs/SLOs, autoscaling and IaC, and improve platform efficiency and data freshness across GKE and Cloud Run.

Lead CRM solution and integration workstreams from design through deployment and stabilization. Define API- and event-driven integration patterns, validate partner deliverables, implement integrations with middleware like MuleSoft, support testing and release activities, tune performance and LDV issues, lead incident triage/root-cause analysis, and maintain operational documentation and runbooks in a regulated life-sciences environment.

Design, build, and operate scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines. Own services end-to-end, improve performance, reliability, and observability, debug production issues, lead technical design, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and participate in incident response and on-call rotations.
