Develop, test, debug, and reverse engineer CNO software across Linux, Windows, Android, and/or iOS platforms. This position is fully on-site in Maryland.

DeployCo invites established teams of two to five people to apply together for enterprise AI deployment roles. Teams will build agentic applications and workflow tools with OpenAI models, work directly with customers, make architecture and reliability decisions, prototype and productionize solutions, and improve reusable deployment practices. Members are assessed and hired individually into roles aligned with their skills. Applicants should have delivered complex products or systems together and demonstrate strong technical, product, data, AI, or delivery capabilities.

Own and develop HPC/GPU infrastructure for R&D and customer deployments. Design cross-platform CI/CD pipelines, manage on-premise and cloud Kubernetes clusters with GPU passthrough and MIG, configure self-hosted GitHub Actions runners, and maintain DockerHub registries. Assemble and tune physical GPU servers, manage PCIe topology and hardware constraints, and maintain compatibility across NVIDIA drivers, CUDA, and ROCm versions. Provide customer-facing technical assistance for GPU container deployments.

Creates electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, layouts, and system documentation under supervision. Uses CAD tools for 2D drafting and 3D electrical modeling, supports construction administration through shop drawing reviews and RFI responses, and collaborates with engineers and project teams to deliver coordinated designs while developing technical skills.

Supports the engineering and development of new toy products, translating creative concepts into manufacturable solutions. Assists with mechanism development, breadboard models, engineering bills of materials, functional specifications, feasibility reviews, and technical documentation. Performs standardized engineering tasks while supporting value engineering, quality planning, corrective actions, and adherence to cost, schedule, safety, and quality requirements.

Supports software development and DevSecOps activities for in-flight entertainment products. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, documenting, deploying, and maintaining software components, automation tools, applications, pipelines, APIs, database interactions, and web services. The role troubleshoots defects, applies secure-development practices, supports production environments, and collaborates with engineering and product stakeholders using Agile/SCRUM methods.

Develops secure, scalable custom software solutions using React, .NET/C#, SQL Server, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot. Responsibilities include architecture, coding, design reviews, requirements analysis, technical documentation, configuration management, end-user support, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. Collaborates with Business Analysts and QA Testers to deliver maintainable applications aligned with business needs.

Provides supervised mechanical engineering support for commercializing, customizing, testing, and launching electrical infrastructure products. Responsibilities include DFM, DFT, and DFA implementation; mechanical design; technical documentation; third-party product integration; manufacturing support; engineering systems improvements; design automation; laboratory and jobsite support; and coordination with certification agencies. Requires a mechanical engineering background, CAD and engineering software experience, familiarity with electrical standards, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Build and own automation-first QA across internal tools, carrier APIs, and customer portals.
