We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our firm is looking for a Report Production Specialist to join our fast-paced team in our San Diego office. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will be responsible for reporting for internal and external clients.

Compensation: $26-$30/hour DOE


Responsibilities:


  • Interface with clients and stakeholders within the firm to determine data needs for external reports
  • Generate ad-hoc or specialized reports for clients
  • Produce regular client status and internal reports
  • Maintain client reporting schedules and distribution lists
  • Investigate data inconsistencies and communicate findings
  • Compile data for internal business analysis

 

Qualifications:


We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:


  • Experience with Windows operating systems, specifically Excel
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and requests
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal oversight

The following qualifications are preferred:


  • Previous reporting experience
  • ProLaw experience

Schedule:


Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.


We currently offer a hybrid in-office remote work model for select positions within the Firm. New hire employees who are offered a hybrid schedule will complete their onboarding and training in-office as deemed necessary for the position by the firm before transitioning to a hybrid schedule, subject to approval by their supervisor.
