Provide space management and section merchandising for assigned categories and customers. Use statistical methods and evidence-based storytelling to present findings, collaborate with data engineering to improve data quality, and drive insight-to-action across Claims and related teams.

Validate and assure enterprise data quality across source systems, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and reporting. Investigate production incidents, design test strategies and automated validation, perform regression and non-functional testing, analyze data quality metrics, support compliance/audit activities, and collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to improve data governance and controls.

Analyze website, blog, and digital marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and Looker Studio. Create reports and presentations, implement tracking, provide insights to optimize PPC, email, programmatic and social strategies, and collaborate with the marketing team.

Design, document, and manage logical and physical data models; gather business requirements; produce mapping and technical specifications; support data integration, ETL, warehousing, and BI teams; govern data security and metadata; lead data discovery and model reviews; develop data catalog and stewardship practices; use Tableau/Power BI for visualization support.

Design and build Power BI datasets and reports, author and optimize SQL against Oracle and SQL Server, perform data quality assessment and validation, implement visualization best practices, document data solutions and collaborate to productionize datasets and governance.

Serve as a Business Systems Analyst supporting DISA GSM-O II: elicit and translate business requirements into functional/technical artifacts, manage user stories in Jira, perform data extraction/cleansing and modeling, support data governance and integrations (Master Data), author documentation, mentor junior staff, participate in UAT, and support AWS/ServiceNow integrations in an Agile environment.
