Provide presales technical expertise to support sales in Iberia, design tailored Nexthink solutions, run proofs of value and workshops, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and drive large enterprise transactions while collaborating with Sales, Professional Services and Partners. Role is field-based with up to 50% travel.

Own and grow a portfolio of large enterprise accounts by building CxO-level relationships, driving renewals and license/professional services expansion, delivering outcome-driven value roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure global deployment and financial performance of the book of business.

Advise Japanese enterprise clients on Nexthink's Digital Employee Experience platform, qualify leads, run proof-of-value engagements, lead discovery workshops, support large complex deals, collaborate with partners, and adapt Nexthink's value propositions to the Japanese market and business culture.

Drive regional revenue through channel partners across Southern Europe: recruit and develop partners, generate partner-sourced pipeline, execute joint business plans, support full sales cycle, and run go-to-market and demand-generation initiatives.

Manage and execute contract renewal processes with partners and clients to retain and grow subscription revenue. Negotiate renewal terms, process quotes/orders, maintain documentation, analyze usage data to identify churn risk and upsell opportunities, forecast renewal metrics, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and support to drive customer retention and satisfaction.

Drive pre-sales technical engagement and enablement with global MSP partners (focus India). Lead solution positioning, demos, POVs, technical validation, and value workshops. Build partner technical capability, influence product roadmap, support complex enterprise deals, and drive partner-led pipeline growth.

Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting (phone, email, social, video), qualify inbound leads, target C-level/VP/Director accounts, create qualified opportunities with sales, and support campaign/event follow-up to articulate Nexthink's digital employee experience value to technical and non-technical buyers.

Own end-to-end Deal Desk operations for a global SaaS sales organization: manage deal queue and reviews, enforce SLAs, review complex pricing and contract terms, coordinate legal/finance approvals, support RFP/RFQ responses, document policies, deliver sales training, and drive process and system improvements to accelerate deal velocity.

Lead and grow Nexthink's partner ecosystem across Europe: set channel strategy, build executive partner relationships, drive partner recruitment and enablement, coach regional channel team, collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success, and deliver measurable revenue and pipeline growth.

Sell Nexthink's Digital Employee Experience platform into large enterprise accounts across the Northeast. Build and execute territory plans, prospect and qualify pipeline, lead complex sales cycles (discovery, business case, POC, negotiation, close), partner with internal teams, manage customer expectations, and drive bookings and expansion.
