Own territory, build pipeline, run discovery with IT stakeholders, coordinate pre-sales and services, negotiate contracts, and maintain forecasts while driving measurable business outcomes and quota attainment.

Drive new business across the North Central territory by building strategic territory plans, prospecting enterprise accounts, engaging executive stakeholders, managing complex sales cycles (discovery, POC, negotiation, close), and selling Nexthink software, services, and support to exceed bookings and create expansion opportunities.

Sell Nexthink’s Digital Employee Experience platform to large enterprises across the Northeast. Own territory planning, prospecting, executive engagement, complex sales cycles, proof-of-concept alignment, negotiation, and closing. Collaborate with internal teams to drive adoption, expansion, and consistent quota overachievement.

Own GTM enablement content across sales methodology, product enablement, and AI playbooks. Establish content governance, manage Seismic as system of record, design instructional experiences for onboarding and reinforcement, partner with Product and Product Marketing for launch readiness, and audit/remediate content to drive retention and behavior change.

Design, own, and optimize Nexthink's end-to-end ramp and onboarding for all GTM roles. Build structured curricula, define time-to-productivity metrics, close learning-to-field gaps, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure new hires reach and retain competency faster.

Advise Japanese enterprise clients on Nexthink's Digital Employee Experience platform, qualify leads, run proof-of-value engagements, lead discovery workshops, support large complex deals, collaborate with partners, and adapt Nexthink's value propositions to the Japanese market and business culture.

Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting (phone, email, social, video), qualify inbound leads, target C-level/VP/Director accounts, create qualified opportunities with sales, and support campaign/event follow-up to articulate Nexthink's digital employee experience value to technical and non-technical buyers.

Lead and grow Nexthink partnerships with global MSPs and GSIs across Europe. Build C-level relationships, execute go-to-market plans, drive co-sell and revenue growth, enable field teams, influence product based on partner feedback, represent Nexthink at conferences, and monitor market and competitor activity.

Drive new business across the Southeast by building territory plans, prospecting enterprise accounts, managing complex sales cycles, leading discovery and POCs, and closing software, services, and support deals. Engage executive and technical stakeholders, evangelize Nexthinks DEX value proposition, partner with internal teams, and consistently exceed bookings while creating expansion opportunities and long-term customer value.

Responsible for generating new business revenue through territory and account planning, partner engagement, consultative selling, prospect qualification, and sales process management. Develop regional strategies with partners and marketing to drive pipeline, target net-new customers (10k+ seats), manage field-based sales activities, and maintain ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction.
