The Sales Support Analyst will provide customer service to financial advisors, acting as a liaison between Sales, Investor Relations, Fund Finance, and Operations. Responsibilities include maintaining Salesforce records, developing advisor relationships, improving product knowledge, and assisting with investment access on the iCapital platform.

The role focuses on expanding iCapital's financial reporting services within EMEA and APAC wealth channels by developing relationships with clients and prospects, driving new business initiatives, creating presentations, conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and overseeing implementation efforts.

The Vice President/Senior Vice President will develop and maintain relationships with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and other wealth management firms, lead platform demonstrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support iCapital's enterprise solutions. The role requires strategic mindset and oversight of junior team members.
