Senior technical support engineer responsible for remote monitoring, advanced troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware and software issues for deployed robot fleets. Acts as SME and liaison to customers, OEMs, and engineering; leads projects, mentors junior staff, creates dashboards and metrics, and provides on-site support as needed to improve customer satisfaction and product reliability.

Provide IT support for audio visual and video teleconferencing systems, troubleshoot issues, manage hardware/software, and conduct training for users.
