The ClaimsXM Data Engineer III role has limited responsibilities listed. The position requires U.S. citizenship or naturalized citizenship and requires all work to be completed within the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Embed as the primary analytics partner on a digital product team to define KPIs, own measurement plans, build PowerBI dashboards, analyze member product behavior and funnels, design and evaluate A/B tests, write SQL/Python for analyses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for product leaders and senior stakeholders.

Build and operate data-intensive web products and APIs, extend high-throughput ETL pipelines and scrapers, ensure reliability/observability, design self-scaling services, participate in code review, and collaborate across product, data, and infrastructure teams to meet production SLAs.

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models using Snowflake and other cloud sources. Collaborate with data engineers/ETL teams, gather stakeholder requirements, implement DAX and Power Query transformations, ensure data governance and performance, and deliver analytics within Agile processes.

Leads research supporting clean energy campaign approvals, supervises and develops researchers, improves research quality and processes, evaluates projects, identifies data sources, manages vendors and staffing needs, and partners across research, campaigns, communications, and partnerships to deliver strategic research products.

Leads data engineering strategy, architecture, delivery, support, and lifecycle management for secure, scalable cloud and hosted data solutions. Collaborates with technical and business stakeholders to deliver complex datasets, establish enterprise data standards, manage data engineering teams, and oversee maintenance, change management, capacity planning, business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory security requirements. The role also evaluates third-party tools and supports Azure DevOps, SDLC, CI/CD, and technical innovation.

Design, build, and optimize scalable cloud data pipelines and infrastructure. Maintain and refactor SQL and ETL processes, automate data workflows, ensure data quality/security, and troubleshoot complex issues. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements.

Design and scale fraud-mitigation strategies for buyer, seller, and account fraud across Stripe products. Monitor portfolios, identify and predict risky behavior, propose controls, automate workflows, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Data Science, and educate users to minimize losses while enabling growth.

Build and maintain commercial data pipelines, ETL processes, scalable data models, KPI reporting, dashboards, and data governance for Revenue Operations. Support headcount and capacity planning, sales compensation alignment, quota and territory modeling, and rep productivity analysis. Lead analytics platform initiatives, resolve data quality issues, enable self-service reporting, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and business analytics teams to improve revenue decision-making.

Work with clients and technology teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical user stories and solutions, propose process improvements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Assist in analytical solution delivery and may write/execute SQL queries.
