The Partner Success Manager is responsible for managing partner relationships post-onboarding, ensuring success and growth through reporting, enablement, renewals, and addressing feature requests.

Own Oscilar's AML product suite (transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB, screening, case management, SAR filing, AI agents). Define detection rules, model calibration, data strategy, and defensible audit trails. Collaborate with engineers and compliance, use AI across discovery/design/analysis, deliver PRDs, validate models, and ship production features.

Supports the bank's Operational Risk Management program by performing risk assessments, identifying control gaps, monitoring internal controls and loss events, maintaining the GRC platform, drafting policies, preparing reports for management, and coordinating with business lines, ERM, IT, Compliance, and Audit.

Gather and document business and user requirements, define system scope, suggest workflow improvements, modify/test/implement third-party software or scripts, lead small-to-mid projects, fully document requirements/testing/code/processes, and mentor Associate Systems Analysts.

Design, test, and deploy systematic trading strategies across digital asset markets. Own and scale Fireflies.ai's affiliate ecosystem by recruiting, onboarding, and growing affiliates and partners; design commission structures and co-marketing campaigns; create partner assets; track performance, conversions, and revenue; collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Revenue to drive measurable customer acquisition and ROI.
