Manage accurate, timely payroll processing for European countries, ensuring compliance with local labor and tax laws. Validate timecards, audit payroll registers, resolve discrepancies, support T&A training, create SOPs, implement payroll policies, and lead process improvement projects while partnering with stakeholders to address payroll inquiries.

Develop applications and integrate systems using various technologies such as .NET and Oracle; collaborate with teams to ensure effective integration and solution delivery.

Lead end-to-end payroll operations for the Netherlands: process payroll, statutory filings, reconciliations, and payments; ensure data integrity, KPIs/SLAs, and compliance; improve processes, mentor payroll specialists, manage stakeholder relationships, and back up regional managers.

Process multi-state payroll transactions, audit payroll data, resolve employee inquiries, manage manual timecard corrections and checks, assist with certified/prevailing wage payroll, maintain records and documentation, perform reconciliations and quality control, partner with HR/Finance/Benefits, and support process improvements.
