Perform customer due diligence and regulatory verification for client onboarding. Review onboarding packages, perform identity and sanctions screening, validate ownership and licenses, complete Payment Network checks, maintain client files, document exceptions, support Senior Compliance Managers, and improve SOPs to ensure compliant onboarding.

Responsible for regulatory compliance execution, performing screenings, analyzing processes, training team members, and collaborating on operational improvement projects. Requires bilingual skills and a strong understanding of customs regulations.

Manage PLM/PIM systems and data (Centric, Pimberly), own product compliance (labeling, PFAS, CPSIA, CAFTA), execute EU Digital Product Passport requirements, run sustainability programs (certifications, RDS, Scope 3.1 data), and coordinate regulatory reporting and cross-functional stakeholders.

Investigate customer activity for AML concerns, perform Level 2 adjudications, draft SARs, conduct blockchain analysis and OSINT, analyze customer/device data, and perform customer outreach.

Drive risk and compliance activities for finance and supply chain: perform risk management and reporting, due diligence, remediation and corrective action planning, user access management, SOX compliance, and partner with stakeholders and global teams to implement controls and support audits.

Provide EM&V analytical support for energy efficiency and demand response programs: manage independent evaluators, coordinate data collection and validation, review EM&V reports, assist with regulatory filings and stakeholder presentations, support contract management and forecasting, and promote best-practice EM&V policies to ensure compliance and improve program performance.

The Compliance & Risk Technology Expert conducts research and analysis in compliance risk technologies, providing actionable insights and advice to clients and assisting in innovation within Gartner's Assurance Practice.
