The Purchase Card Program Analysts are responsible for reviewing 100% of NIH's purchase card transactions on a regular basis. They analyze transactional data, request documentation, conduct reviews, and prepare review reports. They also participate in on-site compliance reviews.

Provide full-time support to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and/or DHS sub-agencies in the areas of project management, program and policy research, and facilitating progress on agency mission and objectives. Conduct organizational studies, evaluations, and quantitative analyses. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, Political Science, Sociology, Statistics or other social science field required. Experience in project management support and evaluation research projects preferred. Must be a U.S. Citizen with active security clearance within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agency or active Secret/Top Secret Clearance.
