The Director of Sales and Marketing will drive commercial success for life science products, develop strategies, oversee sales operations, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing team.

Lead and manage payer-focused product implementations from planning through go-live, serving as primary customer contact. Coordinate training, configuration, on-site/remote go-live support, internal cross-functional teams, and status reporting. Drive project plans, resolve issues, improve implementation methodology, and ensure customer success and KPI attainment across multiple concurrent implementations.
